Works consisted of:

  • Earthworks consisted of 1800 m3 Cut 10500 m3 Fill operation
  • Attenuation Basin 3500 m3 capacity.
  • 7 M deep wet well and pump station.
  • 744 linear meters of Foul Drainage
  • 956 linear metres of storm drainage.
  • 7724 m2 of Roads constructed to Binder Course

  • 9800 m2 pile matts constructed.
  • 6475 m2 of Roads constructed to Binder Course.

Moss Group recently delivered the Groundworks/Civils package to a  65 bed retirement living village with restaurant and stunning landscaped gardens!


Compton Mill, Leek

Moss Group undertook a Civils/ Groundworks package in our home town of leek. The project involved the delivery of  a 56 bed apartment block on a split level. The previous building a former silk mill had a listed clock tower which has been incorporated into the new build.
