Moss Group has recently been appointed to deliver the infrastructure works for Phase 2 of the Royal Gardens development in Cheadle.


The scope of works includes:

  • Site-wide cut and fill
  • Installation of foul and stormwater drainage systems
  • Construction of manholes and chambers
  • Attenuation balancing pond, swales, and infiltration systems
  • Connections to existing public sewers
  • Testing, commissioning, and adoption support

Trentham Fields

Moss Group has recently completed the groundworks, roads and sewers package for Phase 2 of the prestigious Trentham Fields development.



The development comprises luxury 4, 5 and 6-bedroom houses. Phase 3 is scheduled to commence in early 2026.

Knaresborough

The Heath

Moss Group has recently completed the remediation, roads and sewers package for a scheme in Sandbach.


The scope of works included:

  • Earthworks comprising 1,800 m³ of cut and 18,500 m³ of fill
  • Construction of an attenuation basin with a capacity of 3,500 m³
  • Installation of a 7-metre-deep wet well and pump station
  • 744 linear metres of foul drainage
  • 956 linear metres of storm drainage
  • 7,724 m² of roads constructed to binder course


Shavington Park

Shavington Park, Crewe


Moss Group recently complete  the Remediation and Roads and Sewers contract works, with a value of £1.6M.


Works consisted of:

  • Earthworks consisted  10500 m3  Imported Fill.
  • Attenuation Basin 3200 m3 capacity.
  • 4 x Attenuation Tanks total capacity 240 m3.
  • 624 linear meters of Foul Drainage
  • 688 linear metres of storm drainage.
  • 9800 m2 pile matts constructed.
  • 6475 m2 of Roads constructed to Binder Course.

Troutbeck Road, Sheffield

Moss Group recently delivered the Groundworks/Civils package to a  65 bed retirement living village with restaurant and stunning landscaped gardens!


Compton Mill, Leek

Moss Group undertook a Civils/ Groundworks package in our home town of leek. The project involved the delivery of  a 56 bed apartment block on a split level. The previous building a former silk mill had a listed clock tower which has been incorporated into the new build.
